Brandy was amazing in manuvering thru our transaction to purchase a property in Woodland. When we found a house we were interested in after we had already parted ways after our initial showings, Brandy had no problem dropping what she was doing to come show us the house before we head back home 2 hours away. When the sale of our contigent property fell thru, Brandy was able to negotiate terms with the owner of the purchase property to allow us to rent back and not loose the new property as we waited for a new buyer of our existing property. It was very complicated, but Brandy always responded quickly to our concerns and led the way to a successful transaction! It was great working with Brandy, and we highly recommend her!

Brandy astounded me with her competence, expertise, and untiring attention to detail. She prepared hundreds of pages of documents required not just once for one property, but for a 6 plex, an 8 plex, and a single family home. My situation involved rolling over my inheritance into the three separate properties and meeting the 1031 Exchange criteria. Brandy lined up properties and drove far and wide to all the properties we considered. We probably covered 400 to 500 miles or more. Brandy never hesitated or complained. I will never even consider anyone but Brandy Godoy for my future real estate needs.
