Brandy Graves

Brandy is a lifelong resident of Boone and Winnebago Counties, she graduated from Belvidere High and has always been very interested in helping in her community with my daughter’s school activities as well as her competitive dance team fund raisers. She is also involved in several sponsorships with the Hononegah School District Sporting Events as well as the Roscoe Festival, Boone County Fair, and the Rockton Days Festival. In the very little free time that she has, Brandy enjoys relaxing in front of a good movie or spending time with her family enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities. She also enjoys Home Decorating and Designing.

Brandy decided to pursue Real Estate Sales, so she could actively pursue her passion and share in the joy a new homeowner feels when purchasing a new home. She also enjoys the challenge of a competitive marketplace that Real Estate Sales presents to her. Specializing in both listing and selling residential properties, she has built a large list of clienteles and has had a positive number of referrals along the way. She has prepared several Market Analysis Statistics, bid presentations for buyers and sellers, Researched listings, set up home inspections. Brandy has promoted sales through advertising, worked with several websites to promote sellers’ property, hosted open house events, and participated in the multiple listing services. Established positive flow of communication with agents, clients, attorneys, and all personnel involved in closing transactions. Educated sellers and buyers concerning property disclosures, Facilitated the closing process on behalf of her clients and insured that all parts of the contracts were met prior to closing, also developed profit and loss analysis, and return on investment for purchases of income properties. Having her own business in the past has been helpful in all aspects of business management: Customer Service, sales, purchasing, contract writing.
