We just closed on my family's home today and we had Brandy Saballos as our realtor. Brandy was super helpful, kind, and honest for each step of the the long process. We ended up getting the perfect home for growing our family. A lot of that was thanks to Brandy's smart negotiations with the seller that worked in our favor.

From looking at homes she was very flexible with our work schedules and gave honest feedback about what she thought of the properties and the location. She was very thorough and good at breaking down things we didn't initially understand about the home purchasing process.Also, she had a lot of patience with our requirements and what we were looking for.

If you are looking to buy your home we highly recommend Brandy as a realtor! It makes a big difference when the realtor agent actually cares about the buyer's choices, decisions, and well being during the process of buying a home. I think meeting Brandy was truly a miracle, cos I am not sure I would have survived this whole home buying process without her guidance and absolute commitment. Brandy is extremely knowledgeable. If you are a first time home buyer, you want Brandy on your team. She is resourceful, knowledgeable, intuitive and really cares about what you and your family needs.
