About Bransford

Bransford is the President and Founder of Chickering Capital, LLC. Prior to the founding of Chickering Capital, Bransford started out at Crest Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, Texas focusing on retail leasing and sales. After realizing he had a passion for more than just retail, Bransford helped found InterContinential Real Estate Partners in Dallas, Texas. While at ICREP, he was able to focus on all aspects of commercial real estate investment sales and broaden his skill set. In December 2013, he decided it was time to leave ICREP and start Chickering Capital, LLC.

Bransford graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 2009. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Tennessee and Texas.
