My wife and I have nothing but the highest praise for Brantley and his team. We were originally planning on using one of the "quick buy" companies to sell our rental property. However, Brantley explained the added value of retaining a good realtor and was adamant that he would be able to get more money for the property than we would if we sold to one of these companies. To be perfectly honest, we were a little skeptical, but sure enough, we quickly received an offer very close to our asking price, and I am delighted to say we closed today without incident. Brantley and his colleagues were highly professional throughout, electronic document communication was fast and intuitive, and we always knew where we were in what can be a confusing process. We would not hesitate to give Brantley and his team our most enthusiastic recommendation!

First off, I cannot say enough good things about our realtor, Brantley Wheeler, his dedicated staff and team, and KW Elite Partners III Realty, in general. In a mere 78 days after our initial phone call with Brantley in mid-July, he had our house sold and we had our check in hand - $20K OVER ASKING. And for perspective, all of this was done from 4 States and 800 miles away. We moved my Mom from Florida to Virginia at the beginning of this journey, and Brantley, on our behalf, worked everything local for us, ensured the house was ready, and took the majority of the house-selling pressure off of our backs. Great communications and fantastic, fantastic, fantastic customer focus and service!

Brantley and his team are the epitome of professionalism and hard work. We hired him to sell our house in Florida in Summer 2020, and the work and advice that we received blew away all of our expectations. From the hiring of the stager, the work put into analyzing comps and pricing the home correctly (the first time), all the way through managing and negotiating the best deal for our home, the team was spectacular. Brantley saved us thousands of dollars!

For the context of this review, my wife and I were on the buyer end using Brantley Wheeler.

This was our first time purchasing a home - Brantley and his team were amazing. The team made the home purchasing process as simple as possible and were very detailed in explaining every step to us, it barely felt like we were treading into new water.

But on to Brantley specifically.

Brantley has specific traits that make him perfect for the job he is doing. He is honest, diligent, and communicates regularly and clearly. This is something new home buyers need when purchasing their first home, and is not exactly commonplace in his industry.

Brantley stayed within our proposed budget and never tried to up his commission by trying to venture out above our requested price range. He worked with us for a very long time and at the end of the process, he had helped us get a home well within our budget and in the exact target area of where we wanted to live.

He is an expert negotiator and has excellent people skills. He knows how to read the seller and before negotiating any offer, he would give us multiple options on how to place an offer - what to ask for, how to ask for it, how to wait for responses, etc. Once the decision was made he would successfully navigate the situation with everyone involved and made people feel comfortable with who they were dealing with.

At the end of the buying process, Brantley had negotiated to where we paid under asking price, seller paid the closing costs, repaired and/or replaced some appliances, and we were able to apply leftover money to our interest rate to lower the principal over the length of the loan.

I don’t find myself impressed very often. In this case, Brantley’s performance impressed me every step of the way. His skills and abilities are second to none. I highly recommend Brantley for your next real estate deal. We will be using him in the future.

Brantley is the Wikipedia definition of a Realtor, he is like Buzz-Lightyear from Toy Story; "To infinity and Beyond" as a realtor agent. He is
transparent, hard worker, patience and smart. He got what we asked for our home and helped us finding our new new home as well. This tiger earned his stripes in my book, he MADE IT HAPPEN. I HIGHLY recommend Brantley as your realtor. He took every necessity and desire I wanted for my first house into consideration. Since this was my very first home buy.. I was pretty clueless. So he took it slow and broke down every step of the process. For every question, he had an answer or found someone that could better advise me.
