Breana Beauford

Breana Beauford is a second-generation realtor who combines her love for the industry with her passion for the arts and entrepreneurship. A Business graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University, Beauford has over 14 years experience in managing rental properties, international business consulting, and managing artists. In 2009, Breana established Give Me Gawdy, which specialized in business consulting and entertainment management. In 2015, Breana decided to take those creative, consulting, and entrepreneurial aspects; and move forward with obtaining her real estate license. She is an active agent with The Hogan Group Real Estate and caters to the Richmond area and surrounding counties. Beyond finding the perfect home for her clients, she loves exploring the sites, sounds, and food the area has to offer.
