Bree is a member of the High Associates Sales & Leasing Team and serves as Brokerage Advisor. She focuses on office, industrial, and retail properties representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout Central Pennsylvania. She is a recipient of both the Lancaster C&I Council Rich Heslin Memorial Scholarship and the William Patterson, CCIM Scholarship by PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter.
Prior to joining the Sales & Leasing Team, she began her career at High Hotels Ltd. in 2016 where she worked as Director of Sales & Marketing. She was responsible for generating top line revenue while monitoring progress against established goals across the Lancaster portfolio.
Prior to coming to High, Bree served within the Resource Development team for United Way of Lancaster County, where she focused on building relationships, donor engagement, and volunteer management within the Lancaster County for-profit and non-profit community.

Bree is actively involved with the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce where she leads the Ambassador Team and is a participant on the Membership Task Force. She also serves on the Lancaster Commercial and Industrial Council board, and the ASSETS Marketing and Development Committee. She is a member of the National, Pennsylvania, and Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR).
