Bren Lizzio

As a native Washingtonian, Bren has firsthand knowledge of amenities offered by area neighborhoods - from schools, both public and private, to public transit, shopping and parks. Taken together over the years, her in-depth community knowledge and design training have allowed her to market properties at their highest potential value. A strong negotiator, Bren is committed to providing the highest level of service to all involved. She is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and represents both domestic and international clients.
Before Bren became a Realtor®, she managed a local cable television station, an experience that exposed her to local politics and many civic activities in the Washington area. She has participated in and chaired civic fundraising events, and for over a decade she served on and chaired the Town of Chevy Chase Election Board. Bren has two grown sons, both of whom attended area schools. She enjoys tennis, cooking and cultural activities.
