I purchased my home in July 2021, in the middle of a pandemic and the height of a surging housing market. I'd submitted my intent to vacate my lease before looking at my first property. Brenda was suggested by my loan officer. She was amazing and my guiding light through the entire process. We looked at so many homes. All the while, I never once felt like I was competing for her time. During our house hunt we saw some really great properties and some pretty awful ones too. She tempered my anxiety when we were out-bidded and kept reminding me to be patient and stay true to my dream home goals. She remained encouraged and determined even as I was headed to my plan B. When I finally found my dream house, Brenda and my loan officer worked behind the scenes to make my offer most appealing. And even though I wasn't the highest bid, the seller accepted my offer! Brenda work in tandem with my loan officer; guiding me step by step along the way. I never write a review without taking a beat to clear my head. Today, I've been in my home for a few months, and I absolutely love it! Brenda was as helpful during the process as she was after I was all moved in. She is an awesome realtor and an amazing person!
