Our family has worked with Brenda for years, and consider her part of the family. Brenda helped my daughter and son buy their first homes. Then it was my turn, helping me sell my home of 30 years. I could not believe all the forms needed pre-sale and post, especially when a new septic is involved. I do not know how people can buy or sell without a realtor, and Brenda is the best! Brenda then searched for my dream home, and found it before it even hit the listings. Brenda is smart, professional, reliable and so sweet!
