Brenda Cole

I have been a licensed realtor in the greater Orlando area market since 2002, when I began my career working for a successful property management company. During the real estate boom of 2004 to 2006, I made a drastic move into the world of luxury condo sales, becoming the sales and marketing manager for a high-end Winter Park condo developer. I am now happily working in the world of general real estate sales, and love helping buyers and sellers in whatever capacity I can be of service.

Due to the dramatic changes in the housing market a few years ago, I saw the need to obtain specialized education in distressed property sales. The last couple of years have included, along with traditional sales, a myriad of delicate and treacherous short sale and foreclosure navigations and negotiations.

I love working with people and find that with hard work and dedication, I have been able to help people find their real estate solutions. My buyers and sellers become my friends, and I am continually honored to be able to assist them in such a personal capacity.
