For more than three decades, I’ve built my life, career, and family in Tampa Bay — and helping people find their place here is truly my passion. Long before becoming a Realtor® in 2016, my love for real estate began on the behind-the-scenes side of the industry. I worked in mortgage retrieval, title processing, and later became a mortgage broker. Those years gave me a strong foundation in lending, contracts, negotiations, and the full life cycle of a real estate transaction. Today, I use that knowledge every single day to guide my buyers and sellers with confidence, clarity, and care.
After moving to Florida from New York in 1992, I fell in love with the Tampa Bay lifestyle — the water, the sunshine, the community, the sense of possibility. Helping others relocate here and settle into the same lifestyle I enjoy is one of the most rewarding parts of my business. I also specialize in residential real estate throughout Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Hernando counties, including coastal areas, first-time buyers, relocations, new construction, investment properties, and niche opportunities such as land, multi-units, and commercial needs.
My approach is simple: communication, honesty, and relationships first. My clients know I answer my phone, stay one step ahead, and make the process as stress-free as possible. Whether I’m helping a family sell a longtime home, guiding a first-time buyer, or advising an investor, I’m fully invested from start to finish.
I am also a certified mobile notary and signing agent, which allows me to offer an extra level of convenience and expertise during closings and for clients who need assistance with important documents.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying the Florida lifestyle with my four kids and five grandchildren — from live music and poolside days to beach sunsets, local festivals, and exploring all the beauty Tampa Bay offers.
