Brenda Flower vows honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty, and hard work on behalf of all her clients. If Brenda says will do it, you can count on it. She tries to respond quickly to clients’ inquiries and address their needs as soon as possible. She has built relationships within a large network of fellow realtors, which helps her transactions to be smoother and more cooperative.
Brenda eagerly continues her education and frequents Coldwell Banker training sessions to stay abreast of continual changes and revisions to real estate law and local procedures. Most importantly, she listen-really listens to her clients. If they say they want a 4-bedroom home, she will not show them 2-bedroom homes! If they do not want a certain area, she will not waste their time by taking them to that area. Listening is critical to having a great working relationship with clients.
Brenda was born on Westover Air Force Base in Chicopee, MA to an Airman. She grew up in Springfield, MA and attended Classical High School. Her first home purchase was in Feeding Hills, MA. Years later she and her husband purchased their current home in Somers, CT, where they raised their sons. Brenda started her real estate career in 2002 and has worked forty to sixty hours per week ever since!
Real estate sales is a fascinating and fulfilling career. Branda has always loved everything about it. She especially loves working with relocation buyers and sellers and first-time homebuyers. She enjoys educating her clients on the area and what each town in the Western MA and N. Central CT regions has to offer. Brenda also compassionately works with down-sizers, retirees, and family members charged with selling inherited properties. These are generally emotional transactions, and she extends patience and empathy with what they are feeling.
She also works with a nonprofit that provides vocational training to marginalized women who are, or have been, at great risk of being trafficked. They not only train said women to make products, but also provide companies that place large orders of these products so that the freedom offered to them is sustained.
Brenda’s favorite vacation can be simple—she just needs some sand to dig her toes into, a sand chair, and a good book to read!
Brenda has a wonderful husband of thirty-seven years and three amazing sons who make them proud every day!
