I have been a realtor at Century 21 Beggins since 2006 after relocating to Florida from
Texas with my husband in 2004. Providing sellers with excellent service, pricing
analysis and marketing their property for a quick sale is very important to me. I enjoy
meeting the real estate needs of first time buyers and experienced repeat buyers.
Growing up as an Air Force Brat and world traveler, I welcome working with the military,
business relocations, and seasonal residents coming to Florida from around the globe.
As a previous school principal, teacher trainer and adjunct education professor, I know
how important access to great schools is to families with kids. Access to higher
education is equally important when selecting a home. With a Bachelors and two
Masters in Curriculum, Instruction and School Administration, I appreciate our close
proximity to various colleges and universities available to our college bound high school
students and adult learners returning to school for advance degrees or new skills for our
ever-changing workforce. My husband and I own a tropical fish farm in Ruskin, so I
have experience working with clients looking for aquaculture farms, agricultural
properties and vacant residential land in and out of communities in the South Shore
area and beyond. My clients from Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties live
the Florida lifestyle in our numerous communities filled with diverse adventures from
homes with acreage, historic properties, waterfront coastal homes, condos, and villas
with activity directors and resort style pools. As a newly classified “senior citizen”, I am
equally comfortable with maintenance free communities and the numerous 55+
communities in the area. Helping retirees make that transition to retirement and the
