As a first time home buyer Brenda made the house hunting experience less stressful and pleasant by far. She absolutely went above and beyond to assist me by making herself available at any given moment whether through emails, text or phone calls. Brenda was always patient and never pressured me and never gave up on me even when I became discouraged with the process. She displayed great customer service skills, organization and extensive knowledge of Delaware. We visited several showings as soon as new listings became available on the MLS. She facilitated me with things like providing a Delaware's Resource Guide book, Tourism Booklet, informational links/maps, business card, Seller's Disclosure document and suggestions to get home offer accepted which were extremely helpful. Everything to reference in order to explore Delaware and familiarize myself with different areas of interest. It's evident Brenda is a Realtor dedicated to her clients and genuinely loves helping clients find their dream home no matter how long it takes. She walked me through the home buying process and was always thorough and expedient when it came to submitting offer to seller and always provided immediate follow-up. Her positive energy, guidance and wisdom were invaluable. If you're looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly, transparent and caring Realtor, I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying property in Delaware.
