About Brenda

I have been an agent starting back in 1996. I also became a lender in 2010 to better serve my clients and make buying a home more convenient. I work with all types of buyers in all price ranges. My education has been in the accounting, taxes and marketing which comes in handy with real estate. I am still active in accounting practice too. During seasonal activities of the Stansbury house in Chico I volunteer to help in which ever area is needed. During Christmas I help out Santa and take his picture with the kids and adults too! Other than that I mainly focus on selling real estate and working on loans for clients.

We first met Brenda while looking for a house to purchase in 2001. We bought a house and soon after had Brenda looking for a rental house to purchase, which she did. Since that time, we have purchased three houses and sold one house through her. We even recommended a friend to her and she found a house for our friend to buy as well. She recently sold a house of a family member in about 5 days once she listed it. Brenda is a very hardworking, honest and loyal person. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. She understands how to market a house you may be selling or will find the house which is right for you. She is a true professional in every sense of the word!
