About Brenda

Brenda obtained her real estate license in 2002 after she had relocated to three different states and had personally gone through the home buying and selling experience. She learned that communication, education, and the clients' best interest are the key elements in providing outstanding service. Brenda wanted to improve upon the process for others as it is one of the biggest transactions we make in life.

Brenda has been a licensed agent in Texas, Maryland and now North Carolina and lived through "seller's markets" AND "buyer's markets". She prefers to take a more consultative approach with her clients by educating them to the market so they can make the best decision for their individual buying/selling needs. She prides herself on strong negotiating skills as well as always being available to her clients.

Brenda’s husband and her really enjoy the Wilmington area and all that it offers as well as going to the beaches, playing golf and occasional pickle ball. They are overly excited about the growth, opportunities and what is yet to come!
