About Brenda

Hello current and future Floridians! My name is Brenda Smith and I am excited to be back to my roots in Florida! I attended Poinciana High School in central Florida and then continued to live all over the United States, including Arizona, California, Utah, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia! I most recently relocated to Florida from the Northern Virginia area where I have been a licensed real estate agent for several years servicing many wonderful families and individuals with the sale and purchase of their homes. I have had the pleasure of helping families relocate from overseas while stationed for the military and state department. I have been their eyes, ears and nose on the ground offering virtual tours of homes and neighborhoods to make sure they felt comfortable with one of their largest purchases. I love the lifelong friendships that develop from these interactions and value the trust my clients place in me.

While I will maintain my license in VA to continue to service my lifelong clients and friends, I am thrilled to be in Florida near the gorgeous coast, as far away from snow as possible! I love spending time on the beach, finding new local spots to enjoy live music and great food, and spending time with friends and family.
