When we contacted Brenda Spencer-Ragland about selling our house, we were very nervous. Selling a home can be tedious and our home was in need of some repairs and fresh paint,. We met with her and from the very start she eased our fears by assuring us that “this can be done, let’s do this.” We jumped into the unknown! We had many questions about the process, she was there every step of the way to help us understand while overseeing the repairs, estimates, she handled all of it. She kept us informed and made herself available to us each time. The process was quick, stress-free, and in less than three months, our home was sold!! We had a home that was vacant for 7 years with it being For Sale by Owner for 3. There was One offer in that time. Finally, I contacted Brenda Spencer Ragland. In short order we received a few viable offers. Brenda definitely works for YOU! At her advice I didn’t accept some because she thought we could get more. She was Right! The deed/abstract to the property couldn’t be found- that was no problem for Brenda. While I dispaired the sale would fall through, she was busy getting it rebuilt. Before I knew it we were at closing. Brenda made everything for me very easy and all was handled smoothly and professionally for me as well as the purchaser being thrilled with the property. Brenda Spencer Ragland is one of the finest people I know and does a top notch job in all she does. I highly recommend Brenda for any thing you need done.
