Brendan Callahan

I have served the Upper Valley community as a licensed realtor and investor since 2020. I have approached the real estate world with the same passion and drive that led me to success in collegiate athletics. With over a decade of experience in leadership, team-building, and client relations, I am dedicated to helping families find their perfect homes. My Strengths are in strategy, communication, and negotiation. I listen to clients' needs, guide them through complex decisions, and deliver results. I have a reputation for integrity, dedication, and personalized service. Whether you're buying, selling, or looking to invest, I work to ensure the highest level of service while coaching clients through the process. My wife, Jen, and two sons, Mac and Jack, reside in Lebanon. We also enjoy doing things with our black Lab, Bo, and Golden Retriever Denver. We are an active family and spend much time in a hockey rink or on a sports field in the NH & VT area. I Earned my BS at Stony Brook University while playing Division 1 lacrosse in 2007. I completed my master's degree at Lehigh University in 2009. I worked in roles as a collegiate lacrosse coach at Lehigh and Dartmouth College prior to being full-time in real estate. When I am not helping clients, I enjoy reading, meditating, and coaching. I also serve as the head boys' lacrosse coach at Proctor Academy, where my passion for educating young athletes through sports continues.
