We are building a house and were needing to sell our house. Our builder referred us to Mr. Christensen. We left him a message, and he contacted us immediately. We set up a meeting the following week, and he gave us a straight forward estimate. He then sent over a stager who gave us very precise, honest, and informative suggestions. We put the house on the market on a Wednesday morning and had 6 showings in 3 days. By Friday evening, we had an offer. By Sunday, after some back and forth, we had agreed on the final offer. Mr. Christensen was instrumental in giving my wife and I the perfect advice before we put our house on the market and guiding us through the process of selling. I would highly recommend him and his team for your home sale.
