Since 2010, he has created a thriving portfolio of multifamily units and achieved the kind of recognition typically reserved for those with decades of industry experience. Real estate is Brendon’s greatest passion, and he thoroughly enjoys analyzing properties, determining value, and understanding the principles of leverage and risk-adjusted returns. Brendon graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in economics and a minor in business. His immediate dive into the industry post-college, ownership of more than 25 units, and exclusive focus on multifamily investments have all contributed significantly to his professional and personal development, as well as his clients’ success. He teaches his clients that it’s not just the economics of a property they should consider, but its tenant profile, city, laws, and even what’s happening in the world.

Brendon was born and raised in Orange County, California, but his family is from New Orleans and relishes their rich French history. His father is a successful real estate agent who owns more than 300 units around Orange County, and his father knew Brendon was destined for the industry when he was still in college. Another one of Brendon’s passions is cooking; it was an integral part of his life growing up, the basis for coming together for homemade meals and sharing stories. Now married with a daughter, Brendon appreciates how these gatherings have only grown in size and significance. He also loves movies, snowboarding, traveling, chess, board games, basketball, and ping pong.
