Brenna Smith

Brenna grew up in Olympia and was a master aesthetician for five years before beginning her career in real estate. During that time, she honed her customer service and business skills by overseeing a medical spa in Tacoma, specializing in client management and treatment, and organizing the medical facilities. Eventually she decided to make the change to real estate sales and has been selling homes ever since.

New construction has become a specialty for Brenna, and she loves it. There is nothing quite like being able to hand the keys to excited families on closing day, especially when it’s a brand new home. Her customer comments can range from, “She provides excellent customer service”, to, “you’re awesome!”, which is something she takes great pride in. With closing periods up to 11 months or more, Brenna takes it upon herself to always keep customers well-informed and to build their excitement throughout the journey, which they appreciate and requires quite a bit of creativity over the long haul.

At home, Brenna loves spending time with her husband and one-year-old baby. They have a golden retriever and enjoy going on walks on the Chehalis Western Trail and just spending time as a family.
