A native of Lafayette, at the age of 20 he began acquiring real estate holdings that have come to include student parking lots, billboards and residential properties. Following graduation in Business Administration in 2005, Billeaud worked as a petroleum landman honing his title abstraction and lease negotiation skills. Billeaud’s network and market knowledge were a natural fit to transition into brokerage where he achieved Gold Status (5M-10M in real estate) and was named among the Top 5 commercial agents in the Lafayette office during his first full year in the business.
