Hey there homebuyers! Let me start by simply stating that Brennan is absolutely incredible in every aspect! We starting talking to Brennan 1 year ago about wanting to slowly start looking for our first home. In September, 2019, we decided it was time to find “the” home. We told him what we were looking for in a home, the type of neighborhood we wanted it to be in, and the price range we wanted to stay within. He asked all the right questions to be able to truly find the perfect home for us. Brennan did ALL the work when it came to helping find the perfect home and contacting the necessary people to get our questions answered and the job done. If you’re looking for someone who TRULY has your family’s best interest at heart and can make you and your spouses “wants” come to life in a home then Brennan is your guy! He’s reliable, dependable, respectful, quick, responsive, personable, intelligent, efficient, and an expert in his field. Thank you Brennan for finding us our perfect first home!! When we sell and purchase our “forever” home (in 5-7 years) we’ll definitely be working with Brennan McCarthy... hands down!

I was so grateful for Brennan's knowledge, professionalism, experience, and sense of humor during what would have otherwise been an overwhelmingly stressful situation for me. There is no doubt he had my best interests at heart from my initial search for a home all the way through the closing.
