Brent Balcomb

Brent has lived in South Florida for thirty years. He has extensive knowledge and familiarity with the local marketplace in Palm Beach County and the Palm Beaches.

He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a Bachelors Degree in Geography. He also attended Northwood University in West Palm Beach where he acquired an Associates Degree in Banking and Finance.

He has spent the past fifteen years working as a contractor for the American Embassy in Colombia doing Reconnaissance and Analysis in the deep jungles as a mission planner. He is bi-lingual and bi-cultural (Americana y Colombiana).

Before acquiring his Florida Real Estate Brokers license he successfully flipped homes as investments. In addition to his firsthand understanding of the buying and selling process he is very resourceful, with access to an group of home experts like trim carpenters, painters, and various other trade people. He can assist with any concerns of a homeowner, buyer or seller, whether it be repairs, renovations, remodeling, inspections, title or financing.
