I have been in the real estate business full time since 1975 and I still love it as much today as I did back then. To me it’s like treasure hunting. Nothing makes me happier than helping a family or individual find their dream home, or sell their present home and move on to bigger and better things or down size and move to smaller homes. I believe a few principles have helped me serve my clients well!
•The first is honesty! I will not compromise the truth for a sale.
•The second is caring. I truly care for the people I work with.
•The third principle is listening. I really work at listening.
•The fourth one is hard work. Nothing comes easy in this life and I came from a family with good work ethics.
•The fifth is knowledge, I really like knowing my business well and therefore I read a lot and spend a portion of my earnings on education and training.
•The 6th is a credo. If I deliver A++ service to you, you will be thrilled to tell your friends and family about the great job I did.
•The 7th principle is to have fun and enjoy life.
