A friend recommended List Bham to us having had two great experiences with them in the past. Brent Griffis answered the phone the day that I called and was an immediate source of relief. Selling a home can be intimidating, challenging, and a lot of work. Brent made the process effortlessly. He was professional, courteous, and patient. He worked very hard throughout the whole process, going above and beyond each step of the way. His hard work paid off as we had multiple offers the first day our house went on the market, and we were able to go under contract that night. Brent continued to work hard to get us to closing. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience. If you are looking for an agent who cares and is competent, Brent is your guy.

Brent is the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. He is truly exceptional.

When I contacted Brent several years ago, I did so because of the company’s commission structure. However, I quickly learned that was not the only upside to using LISTBham.

When I first met Brent, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the real market. He has since become my “go-to” for all my real estate needs.

My wife and I recently moved to the area from Houston, TX and were introduced to Brent through a friend in town. I was very impressed every step of the way, particularly given the time Brent spent familiarizing us with the area to help find us the best neighborhood and house. It was immediately clear that Brent was deeply knowledgeable of everything real estate in Birmingham. We couldn’t have asked for more hand-holding along the way, and after several days driving around town (while still living in Houston) Brent helped find us a great house and helped negotiate the price point.

I would highly recommend Brent to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. Whether it be finding the right area, or feeling extremely confident that your agent has a pulse on the market to get you the best price, he’s a great person to have on your side!

A friend recommended Brent to me, and now I recommend Brent to my friends. Here’s why. Brent spent time with my family. It’s a simple task, but important. He learned what we liked, what we wanted, and what we thought we wanted. He took us to countless locations and was incredibly patient as he let us choose the right house. Ultimately, Brent makes it look easy because he has done the hard work. When he meets with you he already knows the neighborhoods, he knows the school systems, he knows the safety issues, he knows the comps, and he knows what we value. We closed on our house months ago, but I still refer to Brent as my realtor in the present tense, because as long as he is in the business, then he will remain our realtor.
