Brent Lumley

Brent Lumley grew up and lived in the Seattle area for over 50 years. After graduating from Washington State University in 1986, Brent moved to San Diego where his interest in real estate began. In 1989 after an extended vacation in Europe, he decided it was time to move back to his favorite city: Seattle. In December of 1989 Brent started working for Richard James Realtors, then in 1991 he moved to my current office, Windermere/Greenwood.

Brent is involved with the Windermere Housing for the Homeless Program, Windermere Community Service Day, St. Martins Homeless Shelters and Mary's Place.

He has been very happily married to his wonderful wife; Sallie for 25 years. They have a wonderful 22-year-old son; Ross, and a beautiful daughter named Allison who is 20 years old. In his spare time, he’s enjoys spending time with his family & friends, golfing, skiing, traveling and rooting on the Cougs!
