Brent Purdum

Brent is a lifelong North Carolinian and outdoorsman who spent his formative years in sports and the outdoors. Their family pastime included hunting, fishing, and hiking at an early age and he continues the tradition and love of the outdoors today by doing the same with his wife, two boys, and others through his leadership as a guide for Cross Trail Outfitters. A passion to be a good steward of their natural resources led him into the land design and development industry, and with over 20 years of experience, he has become an expert in land use and creative design. Working with clients on their needs is the most enjoyable aspect of being a land specialist. Whether they are working with someone to build a home on a lot or helping the landowner prepare the land for wildlife, he is able to leverage his educational background and experience to exceed expectations. He loves sharing his experiences, life interests, and unique skills to serve others with enthusiasm.
