We needed to sell my brother’s home to finalize the liquidation of his estate. In spite of the limitations of Covid, we were able to sell the house without any delays or complications because Bret covered everything that needed to
be done so, we could concentrate on our own relocation. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He put a lot of effort into making the sale painless and we were amazed at how smooth and swift he made the transition. I feel that he really went above & beyond to meet our needs and get us a good price for the house. I would recommend Bret because he accommodates his client’s needs, he knows the market and is willing to work hard
on your behalf. So glad we made his acquaintance. He’s really a good guy!
