About Brett

Brett graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Finance in 1988. Upon graduating, Brett moved to SW Florida and began his real estate career. Brett uses the knowledge he learned in Finance to better serve his customers, and provide insightful market data. Brett truly is the economist of choice for real estate clients in SW Florida.

Brett joined his mother Sande Ellis in real estate and together they formed the Ellis Team. Together they’ve won many awards such as most transactions in Florida and Top Sales Team in Lee County. The awards are nice, but our true satisfaction and purpose comes from helping others buy and sell real estate.

Today Brett and his mother Sande list and sell properties. We also train our team daily. Brett writes a weekly newspaper article for the News Press, and we’re active on social media. We moved our Future of Real Estate radio program from the airwaves to online so more people can tune in. Our weekly article is also posted online at our Blog https://blog.topagent.com
