Born and raised along the North Front Range, Brianna’s deep local roots, paired with Brett’s journey from Chicago to Colorado in 2010, give The Felz Team a unique blend of hometown knowledge and fresh perspective.
Brett’s career began with Sellstate in 2010, where his dedication quickly propelled him to become the top-selling agent at Sellstate ACE Realty. In 2017, he opened his own Sellstate franchise and later partnered with Brianna to launch a second office. Today, Brett leverages his years of experience to specialize in luxury homes, first-time buyers, investors, and residential sales while mentoring agents to grow thriving businesses.
Brianna’s path into real estate was inspired early by her father, a Front Range real estate pioneer. From handing out flyers on rollerblades to assisting with BPOs, her passion for real estate grew naturally. After years of supporting Brett, she officially joined him in their real estate career. Brianna brings an approachable, client-first style, paired with deep knowledge of the unique communities across the Front Range.
Together, Brett and Brianna lead The Felz Team with Sellstate Altitude Property Group, guiding buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northern Colorado. Their philosophy is simple: real estate isn’t just about houses, it’s about people, lifestyle, and community.
Outside of real estate, the Felz family has called Firestone home since 2013, where they are raising their three kids. They love camping, paddle-boarding, hiking, golfing, exploring farmer’s markets, snowshoeing in the winter, and visiting local downtowns for new food experiences.
