Always on the lookout for a good deal and hot new trending neighborhood it was not long before he Transitioned into Real Estate. In addition to being an astute investor he can also advise on what it will take to buy and stabilize a worthy asset. Representing buyers and sellers of real estate seemed like a natural progression.

Bringing with him several years of sales and negotiating experience, his diligence and client satisfaction have become second-to-none. His outgoing personality combined with an unparalleled commitment to service quickly places him amongst the best and brightest. His record sale of $20,000,000 for 4395 Pinetree Drive closed out 2015 and he followed that up by another record sale for $21,000,000 for 2920 N Bay Road in July 2016. Brett also ended 2017 with his third year of the highest sale on North Bay Road for $22,250,000 at 5446 N Bay Road. Brett recorded the highest Sale in 2018 in Miami Beach for 4-5 Star Island for 33M representing both buyer and seller. Brett Harris has broken single-family sales records year after year. In 2021 he represented Dwayne Wade and Gabriel Union in the Sale of their Miami Beach Home for $23M, he followed that up with a $44M Sale in Bal Harbour to Adam Neuman the former CEO of WeWORK.

As a longtime resident of Miami Beach, Brett currently resides in a waterfront home in North Beach with his wife and two rescue dogs. When not taking out clients to look at waterfront properties, he enjoys tennis, free diving and weekend BBQs with his friends and family.
