Brett MacDougall

Brett MacDougall joined Unique Properties in 2016. Brett’s primary focus is commercial and investment property sales and leasing. His strong passion and background in commercial real estate is evident through his dedicated approach to business and clients.

Prior to joining Unique Properties, Brett spent the past three years working in the Retail and Industrial business lines for a national commercial real estate firm. He was an integral part of creating new business and servicing his teams’ established clients.

Brett graduated from the University of Denver in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management. While studying for his degree, he served as Assistant Property Manager to Weingarten Realty, and Development Associate to Integral Development to further develop industry-related knowledge and skills.
