Brett was awesome in making a dream come true and wonderful to work with. He is also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was always available, on time, and he was able to answer any questions I had. He also made the arrangements for home and sewer inspections. When I needed a Lender, he had one for me. My husband and I are so thankful we had Brett Maciag as our Real Estate Professional. Brett is remarkably gifted at what he does. His knowledge of the local housing market really helped us make the strongest offers possible. Brett communicates at the speed of light which was so appreciated by my husband and I when we had questions about the buying process. Wow! I can't thank Brett enough for helping me find my first home. The real estate market this year has proven to be competitive and challenging, but it was no match for Brett and his expertise.

Brett was always professional, responsive, and on time. My wife and I toured a few dozen homes until we found 'the one'. Every home we looked at, Brett had an eye for things I would have never noticed myself. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable about home ownership.

Brett IS the kind of realtor you want- responsive, professional, patient, knowledgeable, RESPONSIVE. Yes I said that twice because we were having trouble finding a reliable agent in Detroit and he’s the only one so far that exceeded all of our expectations! He also has a connection to a good management company in greater Detroit area so that’s a must for out of state investors! Highly recommend!!

"I am a real estate investor working with Brett Maciag to sell my Harper Woods home. I live in MA so all our correspondence has been through phone, text, email. He has helped me get this house ready for sale when I couldn’t be there. He has put me in touch with people to fix things, mow the lawn and actually showed up to let a charity take some of the furniture. He is very responsive and well organized. I invest in many out of state properties and have never had as good of an agent as Brett. I wish they were all like him."
