Brett obtained his Real Estate License and starting working for The Kroenke Group as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst. Brett works at UIC as a Development Project Manager and conducts the cost certification for Historic Tax Credits and NPA tax credits. Brett was born and raised in South City. He loves the neighborhoods, architecture and the people. His love for the city guided him to St. Louis University, where Brett earned his degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance. His time at The Kroenke Group allowed him to create connections and learn some of the ins and outs of real estate.
