As the owner & team leader of Prime Properties, Brett works hard to expand his knowledge every day. Brett has been in the Top 10% of Realtors in Oregon & SW Washington since 2014. Brett has learned how to get his clients the home they want in any market climate for the best deal, along with how to get sellers the most money for their home sales.
2014-2020 Brett was the Top Producer of the team he started his career at that he attributes to his success, then in 2017-2019 Brett added to his resume becoming the Team-Lead & West Side Branch Manager of that high volume team. Late 2019 he went off on his own to become the Broker/Owner of his own Team, Prime Properties. Brett has strategically aligned himself to be able to advocate for all of his clients in the best ways possible.
Brett values the power of knowledge, technology, marketing, & advertising which has allowed him to take his business to the next level. He knows that following & understanding specific niches, the local Portland, Surrounding Metro, National, international market trends in real estate, along with economic, socioeconomic trends are imperative to his success. On a daily basis he is constantly adding knowledge and tools to his tool belt.
Along with helping buyers & sellers in transaction's ranging from Residential, Multifamily, Suburban, Rural, Commercial just to name a few, he also loves to act as a Real Estate Consultant. This allows him to best serve anyone who may not be ready or who want's to be able to weigh all options, benefits, and potential pitfalls, in order to approach their purchase/sale in the realm of possibility, & how to overcome them!
Personally, Brett attended the University of Oregon where he studied Sociology, Business, & Psychology. From his Grandmother to his Father, there is a total of 85+ yrs in Real Estate/Lending/Finance in his lineage. In his free time Brett loves to Ski, Travel, Visit the Coast, Central OR, Try new Restaurants/Breweries, check out fun Cars, be with his family & friends, & hang out with his 2 golden retrivers.
When developing Prime Properties, Brett wanted to focus on giving back money to local heroes. His Mother was a teacher for 30yrs along with many other close family members. So he and other professionals he partners with donate $ and supplies to awarded and deserving teachers in the Portland Metro area. Also, he has been apart of the local Childrens Heart Foundation and loves to give back to OHSU & Doernbecher Children's Hospital where he has had 5 successful Heart surgeries between ages 7-19. This has really brought things full-circle for him. Brett has been humbled significantly by his life experiences.
