I found Brett through Biggerpockets about a year ago as an aspiring investor, and I was not surprised to find he's great at providing advice for complex problems. You'll find there are many of these when it comes to real estate investing, let alone purchasing a property that fits your needs. He's also very knowledgeable about the best spots to invest in here in Jacksonville.

If you're open to sharing as much information as you can, he'll be able to figure out not only short-term but also what a great long-term investment strategy may be for you, if you don't already have one.

Brett and team were second to none. I'm an out of state investor that found Brett through a few searches and I was far from disappointed. Even as an experienced investor, there were subtle differences in the process that Brett kept me aware of, and fought for me to get the best deal(s) in the best neighborhoods. Once we closed, it didn't stop there. Brett personally toured every property and made a punch-list of things to complete, and sent along 4-5 vendors to help me get set up. Would not have gotten our dream home in this highly competitive market had Brett not been our realtor! Brett got us under contract on a multi-offer home over a holiday weekend (let that sink in). We then had 7 days to sell our current home, and he did it in less than 4. I really can’t recommend him enough. There’s no doubt in my mind that we would not have been able to secure our new home had Brett not helped us put together a creative and competitive offer to stand out on the multi-offer deal. The market is crazy and intimidating right now but Brett made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!

I had a fantastic experience working with Brett Nissen as my agent buying my first property. Brett went above and beyond completing much of the physical due diligence for me while I was out of state preparing to relocate to Jacksonville. He was very responsive throughout and quick to execute on all tasks. Brett also has a long contact list of great lenders, inspectors, contractors etc.. this was very helpful for me not knowing many contacts in the area yet. Brett was a phenomenal negotiator landing us a great property in our ideal location right on our budget. He is very knowledgeable on the background of many properties in Jacksonville which was super helpful for us being remote buyers. Brett is a true professional realtor. He wrote a unique offer in order to secure my first multifamily home with multiple other offers. He is always available and extremely responsive to walk a property, address any concerns, or talk real estate. While I was out of the country, he went the extra mile to ensure that inspections were completed, closing went smoothly and that the property was secured. He even went the extra mile to install lock boxes to allow contractors to access the property while i was away. Working with Brett was so easy and comfortable. He listens to your wants and needs in a house, and is not pushy or forceful. He seemed experienced beyond his years. For example, on inspection my house had a potentially major plumbing problem. He knew exactly how to handle it and what we needed from the plumber to assess how much of a project it was. He was also excellent in negotiating with a difficult seller. I got the house of my dreams got a fair price, and money off the total for necessary repairs. In selling our house, he provided great resources to get my house in great shape before listing and making repairs during negotiations.
