Brett Patton

I am a 7th Generation Texan, born in Seguin and have lived in Prairie Lea, for 54 years. I graduated from Luling High School and received my Bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State University. After college, I owned and operated an Oil & Gas production company for 25 years in the Luling area. I sold my Oil interest in 1999 and began a 13-year career in public education. I taught History, Government, and Economic in Waelder ISD for eight years and in Luling ISD for five years. While in Waelder ISD, I served as Athletic Director as well as coached Jr High Boys Basketball and High School and Jr High School Boys and Girls Track & Field. While I was an educator I began working in my spare time for Aqua Land Development, LLC of San Marcos, From 2005-2012 I was an integral part of developing projects in San Antonio, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Karnes County. In 2014 I joined Riata Real Estate of Luling as a Sales Agent.
