Brett Pechter

Brett Pechter partnered with @properties in 2018 and collaborated with a top producing team with $1 billion in sales since 2010. Since then, he has swiftly honed his skills in pricing, negotiating, analyzing and interpreting trends, and problem-solving. Brett specializes in working with property owners, managers, new buyers, repeat buyers, and investors. He has helped his clients sell and buy over $7.5million in 2021 and completed nearly 100 lease agreements over his career.

Brett has an intimate knowledge of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Brett Pechter grew up in Skokie and attended Niles West High School where he competed on the Golf and Wrestling teams. While earning his degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago, he lived in University Village and Pilsen. At UIC, he was a member of the Ultimate Frisbee team and AEPi fraternity. He spent Summer of 2016 working for a real estate company in Tel Aviv, where he oversaw their local and international social media marketing. Brett has resided in Logan square since 2019.
