Needed a small place to rent while working at CHOP. Found a place in Rittenhouse square on Redfin with this agent. Brett was very responsive in answering questions about the rental, and was prompt in drafting the documents for the lease. Brett is a phenomenal realtor to work with! After reading Brett’s google reviews, I’ve hired him to find a tenant for my first property in PA. & to my surprise, he found great tenants fairly quickly! He provided tenants applications with credit scores, referral letters and, criminal and background checks. He is very responsive to my calls/texts even when he’s doing something. Greatly appreciate your services, most definitely will recommend Brett to family and friends.

As the personal videographer for Brett Rosenthal, I have heard him speak on many topics about his life, work, and more. I have worked with one of his associates and she only speaks highly of him and his team. I don’t see many other realtors attempt to branch out into content creation like he does, and it’s really something to admire. I’ve worked for him for about 5 months now, and I have no complaints. He’s patient, he’s accommodating, he’s pleasant to work with, and he doesn’t try to pull anything shady. From what I can tell, he seems to be a reliable and successful real estate agent as well, as he has many listings and lives in a very nice apartment building in Philly, so he seems to do very well at work.

I had a long drawn out situation since my minor child was named as a devisee. The process dragged for over a year! Wow what can I say about Mr Brett Rosenthal.
He is amazing. I Met Mr Brett cause I was interested in this other property and I had two other property that I wanted to sell. In a horrible neighborhood and I didn’t think nobody was going to purchase these property. Mr Brett had both house sold in 3 days! So as months went by I decided to purchase a home for myself this time. So me not thinking I hired another agent in February this gent was the worst and had me completely confused and all he wanted to do was sell me houses that his company had. So four months later I remember Mr Brett call him and told him if he could help me find a Home so I fired the other agent and Mr Brett got right into looking for a home for me he sent me different locations of homes I also had Mr. Brett in all different township. He never seen to mine that I had him everywhere he also came with a smile. AND ALWAYS ON Time. Finally Mr Brett found me a home. The lesson for me is why go with another agent when all you need is Mr Brett he get the job done right !!!!
