Brett brings with him experience from Florida and has now gained knowledge of the southern Illinois real estate market. He identified a buyer for our property who paid a top price for the land. He did more than many realtors by putting photos of the land online and provided a map showing where a road could be built. He also dealt with a difficult situation with two sellers who did not always communicate very well. Although there were a few glitches with the initial listing online, my overall experience was positive.

Brett did an awesome job finding us a house. We were moving from out of state, 3 hours away so our only availability to look at houses was on weekends only…and we crammed a lot of showings in. He responded to our messages quickly and sometimes very late into the evening. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find our dream home! I would definitely recommend him!!

William (Brett) did an amazing job with my 1st home buying experience. When I began looking I had what I thought I wanted in my head. Brett took us to a few homes I seen online I really liked, but nothing was just the right fit. Brett showed us a place I didn’t even know about and when we walked in I knew that was the place for me. After only spending a short while with us Brett knew what we were looking for and what we had in mind. Needless to say after only a few months I became a 1st time home buyer and moved into the home he showed us. Brett also kept in contact with me and let me know how the process was going at least once a week or if I had any questions whatsoever he was quick to answer me. I highly recommend using Brett as your realtor.

Brett did a great job selling the hunting ground in Pope County. He was great at marketing and reached so many more prospective buyers than we ever could have. He took the time to become knowledgable about the property so he could answer any questions that might come his way. He even found a buyer in the middle of the pandemic! I highly recommend him!!!
