About Brett

Brett Waterman originally from Central New York, moved to Rochester, New York after graduating from SUNY Brockport (where he was a four-time Varsity letter award winner for football). Brett earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management.

After becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2003, Brett focused on new builds, specifically; townhome communities and sales which progressed into his current role as the Designated Real Estate Broker for WCI Realty servicing the greater Rochester area with all real estate needs.

Brett also serves on several Boards including the Professional Development Committee at GRAR (which helps develop content for the education and development needs of its members), the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Rochester, and the Executive Board for the local soccer league.

In Brett’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, loves all sports, and golfing.
