We enlisted Brette as our realtor to help us sell our home and buy a new one. Managing both these events required perfect timing and a seasoned real estate professional – especially given the highly competitive, fast-paced real estate market of 2021.

At our first meeting, she listened intently to our needs. Beyond understanding the pragmatics of what we desired in our new home (i.e., size, amenities, location), she innately understood the “feel” and lifestyle we wanted to achieve by relocating. We were impressed by her focus and personality and knew right away she was a good fit for us.

Throughout the entire process she helped us successfully navigate a highly unpredictable and stressful home buying market. She connected us with professionals to complete repairs and updating to enhance the value of the house we were selling. She dropped by periodically to help with staging and guide us through the selling process. She attended numerous house showings with us and was quick to identify features of each home that were important for our consideration.

She was very responsive and generous with her time throughout the process. She was always kind, compassionate, and genuine in her interactions with us – making us feel like we were more than just customers to her.

The end result is we sold our old house for ** much more ** than we ever imagined and were able to move into a new one in the timeline we wanted. Thanks, Brette!

Finding and purchasing a home at the peak of a seller’s market was not an easy task. Add to that our desire to move in the shortest time possible and within a restricted area, and it becomes a real challenge. Brett got it done! There are not enough words to describe Brette and everything she has done for us! She was amazing and extremely helpful to my fiance and me while we purchased our first home. She responded to all of our questions quickly and even guided us in the right directions when we weren't sure what to do. My fiance and I have been searching for a house for about a year and a half prior to working with Brette. The house we purchased was the very first house we saw with Brette and even put in an offer in the moment we left the first showing. She always checked in with us throughout the process and guided us with our next steps.
