Bretton was incredible, not only before and during our property search, but after as well. He worked tirelessly to find the right properties, arrange showing, working with sellers' agents to negotiate contracts and work through the purchase process. We were faced with an instance when things didn't go exactly as planned (which is when you 'really' find out who you're working with) and Bretton helped us navigate the 'wrinkle' expertly. In the end, things turned out even better, despite the challenges encountered. Bretton's in-depth knowledge of the many aspects of buildings, pests, contractors and more made inspections and minor repairs easy and straightforward. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Bretton again for any purchase need!
