Let me tell you, Brian is the ONLY person I will ever trust with my real estate needs from now on. He is extremely responsive, took my wife and I to look at homes at all hours at the drop of a hat, was extremely professional both in presence and performance, and was truly the reason I went from "looking" to "moving in" in less than 3 weeks. Yes. You read that correctly, even in this crazy market. How did we find our dream house AND close in less than 3 weeks you ask? Easy, Brian himself provided us with MANY properties to view with a list tailored to our (extremely picky) needs, then as I stated before at the drop of a hat he would have us at a showing. Once we found a house we loved that's where Brian's other major advantage came in, his connections. His connections are insane, all of the financial parts were set up crazy fast with his go to company and because of our expedited approvals it made our offer look EXTREMELY attractive, so much so that it was accepted quite quickly. That's when the real magic happened, his go to inspector was out literally 2 days later and this guy was pro, a 4.5 hour inspection looking at everything and walking through it all with my wife and I, he even had a camera drone to fully survey the roof safely. Once again he was a personal recommendation of Brian, then back to his recommended mortgage consultant. She got everything done on the back end in break neck speed, everything down to insurance was wiped out in no time. So efficient in fact, that my offer was accepted on a Tuesday, AND I CLOSED 2 THURSDAYS AFTER. Before we closed however, he arranged a final walk-through just to make sure everything was tip top for us, and good thing he did because he noticed a few things which he promptly took care of with the listing agent. He was there on the day of signing to make sure everything went off without a hitch and that ship sailed as smooth as it possibly could. If you think it ends there, you'd be quite mistaken. I was so pleased with the level of care, quality, and professionalism of Brian helping me buy my new house, that once I learned he could help rent out my current location it was a no brainer. He actually manages multiple properties in my neighborhood including the 2 homes on either side of mine. The one on the right of me rented out in a week and the one on the left he had filled in just 1 day. Brian is a one stop shop and anything you think you may need he will more than exceed your expectations.

Brian was an amazing realtor. He walked me through every step of the way and was incredibly patient with my needs. It really helped that he was familiar with the VA loan process as well. I couldn’t be happier with my first home. All my neighbors are literally the kindest people, the neighborhood itself is so safe and beautiful and I wouldn’t even have considered this area if it wasn’t for Brian helping me to broaden my horizons a little. Selling was alot more to deal with than buying and with a move scheduled in a short few months I felt I was going to take a big hit. Addison used his knowledge and we got the house up to standards, collected required documents and had it sold within a month. Closed on it and was pleased with the process as he handled so much of it. He also has a bucket list of resources in case anything needs repairs.
