Words will never be able to describe how grateful I am for Brian. This man went so far above and beyond his responsibilities and our expectations. We had our fare share of bumps along the way and Brian was always super fast to ensure all was well. The week of our closing Mother nature threw Hurricane Ian at our area which postponed the closing. We had already moved over 1,000 miles away so again Brian to the rescue. He assessed any damages at the house and personally cleaned the yard from debris. Walked through the home and ensured no leaks. He got quotes to fix damage and got our home closed the following week. If you are looking for a realtor to help you buy or list your home please look no further. This was our second transaction with Brian and both of them were nothing short of Fantastic. keep doing what you are doing Brian, you are second to none.

Brian is a great realtor. He helped my husband and I search for a house when I was 8 months pregnant. Not only did he handle me being hormonal very well but he was also able to get us into a house in under a month! He was diligent about getting paperwork submitted and working with the other realtor on closing as soon as possible. He pointed us to an amazing mortgage company that helped us along the way as well. Brian was realistic with us and did not sugar coat things, which we really appreciated. He helped us get the best deal. He even helped us unload some things when we moved in since it was the day I was scheduled to be induced! 😊 Brian is an all around good person and we were so lucky to have a great experience because of him.
