The brokerage provides commercial, property management and residential services provided by excellent associates. Development experience includes the sole creation and completion of the Marina Bay 880 condo project in Clearwater, Fl in 2022.

As an owner of residential and commercial properties (office, retail and flex properties), hands-on experience is behind every decision. We have evolved and improved property management efficiency, reporting and improved returns for investors and clients.

The priority is to practice what we preach and provide more-than-expected service to clients and customers. We maintain an ever-growing book of recommendations and commendations for our service as well as commendations for our community work.

Having been a licensed general contractor in the past and involved in renovations/development of various property types provides me a understanding beyond the conceptual.
