Once in a while you meet a person who is living his passion. Brian is one of these people! I had initially thought to do a For Sale By Owner, but when a friend suggested I just at least talk to Brian, that’s all it took. He has a plan and vision above and beyond most realtors, and as he explained his plan, I could see it. He is great at knowing the demand and value of the area in which you live. He had me sold on the idea of him selling it for us within 5 minutes of meeting him. Our job was to tidy up the place to get ready for his professional photographer/videographer to come and do his magic. They came in and did the rest. It was such a relief to let Brian do the work of selling our home for us. He kept in touch with us and we were always updated with what was going on. When it came time for us to sell, we had 3 great offers the first day! Brian has great suggestions to help your home sell quickly, so be sure to listen to him! 😊

I listed my home on Zillow completely unprepared just to see the type of responses I would receive and a day later I get a call from Brian who had someone ready to make an offer and just needed to do a walkthrough. I was impressed by how hard Brian had worked for his client to get them into a home I was embarrassed and resistant to show due to our family having outgrown it years ago (it was a cluttered disgusting mess) so I finally agreed and decided that I would use Brian as my realtor also. Almost 30 days later I’m in a much better living situation for my family and Brian worked equally as hard for me as he did his other client the day we met. I would highly recommend Brian if you’re unsure of if you should even try to sell, you will be surprised at the results.

Brian Banks goes above and beyond his work, he makes sure your house is ready to sell and even helps clean, paint, organize the properties for the best way to show it. I’ve never seen a realtor do that. He not only be your realtor he will be your friend and make sure you get what you want and guide you to what is best for you and get not just a house but a home to enjoy. Not only that but also makes sure you are getting the best value to secure your future equity.

Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with. He came to my house and did a walk through and told me what I needed to do to get my house ready to be put on the market. He helped me with all the small details that really mean a lot to buyers. Brian hired an amazing photographer to really capture my home. He listed my house on a Saturday and the following week we had an accepted offer! Brian worked wonders with the buyers agent and the buyers who are outside of our area. He made sure that all appointments were handled around my schedule and everything went off without a hitch. He has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to purchasing my next home with him at my side.
